I’m Eliska, raised on the west coast of Ireland but you’ll usually find me traveling and exploring new ways to understand the body, the mind, and what it means to be human.
My journey has taken me around the world. From a decade in modeling to working in hospice care and immersing myself in creative therapies like Art, Movement, Massage, Breathwork, and Meditation.
Through the loss of my mum and the search for my place as a woman, I learned the power of radical honesty and the healing that comes from slowing down, returning to the body, and remembering our natural rhythm.
Now I work with people from a range of things but it usually comes down to seeking more clarity and connection to themselves.
