The Lost Art of the Feminine

This 12-week container is a guided journey into the archetype of the self-actualized woman — the woman who knows herself, trusts her intuition, and claims her power in modern life. It is a space to explore, reflect, and embody the different aspects of your feminine nature: awareness, intuition, vitality, cycles, sexuality, creativity, and sovereignty.

In a world that often undervalues women’s inner guidance, this container is a dedicated space to reconnect with it, to validate your own insights, and to explore how to live fully as yourself. By coming together weekly, we will stimulate each other with ideas, support each other in growth, and practice tools to embody the feminine in a practical, grounded, and modern way.

Through one weekly call, guest speakers, and gentle exercises, you will:

  • Explore your intuition and learn to trust it

  • Connect with other women in community and support

  • Examine your cycles, sexuality, and vitality

  • Integrate embodiment practices, energy balancing, and self-awareness

  • Cultivate sovereignty and confidence in your life choices

This container is for women ready to step into their full power, deepen their self-understanding, and reclaim the lost art of feminine presence in modern culture.

Painting with Natural Materials

This week we will be using natural elements to create art while also exploring some themes of embracing the imperfections it brings with it.

What to bring:

  • Find a natural tool in nature that could be used as a paintbrush… could be anything there is no limits!

  • 3 Natural Pigments that can mix with water. Example… Turmeric, Soil , Beetroot

  • Water

  • Paper Towel

  • Bowl for mixing

  • Paper and Pen for drawing
